Tango Salon Shoes - Ordering Process

Stock Items

Stock items come in black or neutral leather, with leather soles. If a shoe is in inventory, you should receive it within a week. If your size is not on hand, delivery may take up to 5 weeks. Only stock items are returnable. See conditions at the bottom of the page.

Custom-made Orders

You can opt for suede or leather soles and choose from over 40 colors of leather, suede, and novelty fabrics to customize your shoes. We are happy to mail swatches to you before you place your order. Allow 5 weeks for delivery of shoes.
We recommend trying on a stock item to determine your fit, before placing a custom order. Please note, custom orders are made up exclusively for you, and are not returnable.

Payment Methods

Our payment method of choice is through PayPal. If you prefer to purchase by check or money order, contact us by e-mail with your details.

Shipping Method

Our standard method of shipping to customers is Priority Mail insured, with signature confirmation.

Returning Stock Items - for refund or exchange

• The shoes must not have any sign of wear. Please walk on carpet only, when trying them on.
• The shoes must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving them.
• Place a copy of the invoice, a completed return/exchange form, and the shoes in their original
   shoe box. Send the shoe box in a shipping box (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Note: The shoes are the
   customer's property until we receive them. Therefore, we recommend shipping them insured.
• The customer pays for the return shipping, but no additional shipping will be charged when
   exchanges are made for a different size of that stock item, or to custom order the same model.
